During December 2016 I visited Abu Dhabi with my family for our Christmas holiday. Abu Dhabi is just a 6 hour flight from the UK. Our visit was mostly a relax by the pool trip but also included some sightseeing.
One of the main sites we had the pleasure of visiting was the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque. To learn more about the Mosque you can visit their website https://www.szgmc.gov.ae/ar/Home
Another highlight that we visited was the Emirates Palace, the Emirates Palace is a luxury 5* star hotel that was featured in the 7th Fast and The Furious Movie. We didn’t say here but we did go for dinner one night in Hakkasan which is a Chinese Restaurant.
Overall my trip to Abu Dhabi was enjoyable and I do recommend visiting.
